Due to COVID procedures, no onsite registration or payments will be accepted this weekend. You will not be able to just show up at the weekend without pre-registering.

Witauchsoman Lodge is dedicated to maintaining and improving our Camp facilities.  Please join us to make our Weekend a productive endeavor.  The OA has been providing service to the Minsi Trails Council and its camps for over 85 years.  Without this service the Council would be unable to provide the excellent program it offers to so many youth throughout the year.  In order for the Lodge to provide this level of service, WE NEED YOUR HELP.  Lodge Weekends are not just the place to take your Ordeal; they are a time for existing members to rededicate themselves to the principles of brotherhood and cheerful service.  We ask you to come and share a weekend of brotherhood, service, fellowship, and FUN.

COVID – Traveling to Camp on Friday

Please ensure to review and follow all PA state dept of health guidelines about traveling and carpooling when traveling to camp on Friday.  For full details, click:

Check-In Arrival & Departure at the Weekend

Friday – Check-in
-Check-In 6-8 PM

-There is a “welcome tent” as you enter camp and they will show you to the parking lot and where to go to check in.
Brotherhood Candidate Conversations from 6-8pm

Saturday – Pick-up
-Weekend ends at 7 pm. This is at the conclusion of our Lodge meeting and weekend closing

PARENTS – PLEASE PLAN TO PICK YOUR SCOUT UP AT 7 PM.

What to Bring

  • Face mask
  • Medication (you must notify us at registration of any medication)
  • Current BSA Physical From (Parts A & B) (bring a copy, NOT original, to the event to turn in at Check-In)
  • COVID Pre-Event sheet filled out and bring along.  Put your name and date at the top of sheet:
    Pre-Event Medical Screening Checklist
  • Sleeping Bag
  • Ground cloth/tarp
  • Personal Tent (you may NOT tent with others)
  • Poncho
  • Work Clothes & work gloves
  • Flash light or head lamp
  • Pocket Knife
  • Water bottle
  • Chair / Camp Chair (something easy to carry)
  • Other normal personal gear – General personal stuff that you would normally take camping
  • All 18+ years old MUST have current Youth Protection Training
  • Class A shirt and uniform are not needed for this weekend due to COVID
  • BROTHERHOOD CANDIDATES only:
    • Brotherhood Letter that you wrote per the requirements in the book

Critical 2020 Fall Weekend Guidelines for COVID

  • Face mask is required to be worn at all times except when eating/drinking
  • Everyone at camp must maintain 6ft distance from each other
  • COVID Pre-Event medical screening checklist is required, see above
  • Everyone will be supplied their own bottle of hand sanitizer at check-in
  • Bottled water will be provided throughout the weekend, however you are welcome to bring your own bottled water/drinks

  • Bagels
  • Egg Sandwiches (with optional bacon and cheese)
  • Assorted baked goods

Saturday Lunch – Outdoor Carnival Lunch

  • Hamburger
  • BBQ Grilled Chicken Sandwich or Grilled Chicken Sandwich
  • Chicken Fingers
  • French Fries
  • Pierogies
  • Pasta Salad

Saturday Dinner – Outdoor Pig Roast Dinner

  • Pulled Pork
  • Baked potato

  • Rolls, butter, barbeque sauces, and barbeque seasoning

  • Paint rear of settlers dinning hall

  • Splitting fire wood
  • Remove junk from BMX course and clean up area
  • Sanding the Waterfront deck, and prep for paint
  • Move water front pavilion to end of deck
